Roles:

Associate Director Registry Development

Led the Registry to new client/partnerships agreements, developed new pricing structure, and issued new versions of educational tools for partners to engage with the Registry Program. Collaborated with in-house UX designer to create new Registry Website and was responsible for content development and deployment on the site. Onboarded new clients, led Expert Peer Review to finalize several methods, and streamlined the review process through templatizing forms and improved workflow. Created v2 of the Program Guide to reflect updates and align with the new registry taxonomy.

Registry Program Leader

Collaborative lead in development in the Regen Registry Program. Identified need for better storytelling around Regen Registry offerings which led to co-authoring of Registry Handbook and website content upgrades. Lead designer of the Expert Peer Review process and led several methods through the process to onboard methods to the Credit Protocol Library.

Independent Expert Panel Member

Hired as a consultant to lead a team of 4 experts, including myself, in the first Biodiversity Credit Issuance for Cercerbano’s Biodiversity Programme. This work is currently in progress and involves the verification and validation of their flagship biodiversity credits as well as collaborative design work on the Programme processes and tools for verification and validation. The estimated time for credit issuance is September 2025.

Project Manager

Transformations Community works to continue conversations around systems transformation by hosting a transformation conference series that is not only an event but also a community of belonging. A place to share concerns, interests, practices, and learnings that are considered important for transformations to occur towards a more regenerative future.

I created the logo and original website for the organization, and helped foster structure and participation around the 2021 international conference. I continue to be involved as an advisor to the arts arm of the organization that I initiated.

Communication Design

Hired to create an infographic series to amplify the farmer and rancher voice, ensuring their perspectives and experiences are heard and understood and create a unified voice for food leaders around key topics.

Content Designer

Finalize Comprehensive Catch documentation and Traceability (eCDT) Principles PDF content, create and update graphics, translate PDF into 5 languages.
