Designed, built, and manage the website.  Oversee projects including international conferences, webinars, and partnerships. Plan and implement of communications plan to grow the organization. 

Tica Lubin 2000 - Present Graphic Design and Project Management

Brand identity work, logo design, posters, flyers, illustrations, websites, apparel design, exhibit content development, graphic design, and project management.  Have worked with several start-ups through company launches. 

2014 – 2015 Gallery Keoki, Squaw Valley, CA - Gallery Manager

Oversaw gallery sales process, created marketing materials, tracked gallery projects and staff tasks, and client management. 

2012 – 2013 - Del Mar School Education Foundation, Del Mar, CA - Office Administrator

Managed donor database, created marketing materials, managed board meeting schedule, was the main point of contact for the public, and organized fundraisers.  Managed programs and partnerships. 

2007- 2012 - The Discovery, Reno, NV Exhibit Director & Project Manager

Managed a 4.5 million exhibit budget for the development, design, exhibit building, and installation of the new Discovery Museum.  Worked closely with architects and builders who were renovating the museum to ensure construction schedules aligned and exhibit spaces.  Collaborated with the board and community to refine the vision for this new museum. Collaborated with local organizations and businesses to develop, research and build exhibits.  Hired and managed all designers, content developers, and fabricators for a 4-year design/build project.  Led research teams and personally researched, wrote content, and acquired images for exhibit halls.  Completed project on time and under budget with very positive reviews.  Created exhibits business plan for future years based on current visitor evaluation and feedback. 

2008 - Truckee Meadows Community College, Reno, NV - Watercolor Instructor

Developed curriculum for and taught college-level watercolor courses at Truckee Meadows Community College. 

1996-1998 - American Museum of Natural History, New York, NY - Senior Artist, Anthropology Department

Created natural science renderings in pen and ink, watercolor and Illustrator.  Illustrated a variety of subjects including, artifacts, site renderings and maps.  Designed covers and layouts of books and brochures. Responsible for overseeing all of the art production for the department. 

1993-1996 - American Museum of Natural History, New York, NY - Exhibit Fabricator

Design Researched, fabricated, and installed exhibits at the American Museum of Natural History. 

1994-1998 - New York Botanical Gardens, Bronx, NY - Research Assistant

Illustrated palms and prepared maps that are published in journals and books on palms.
