As Project Manager and then Associate Director of Registry Development, over the past 4 years at Regen Network Developmnet PBC, I have been instrumental in growing Regen Registry from 1 to 10 methodologies in our library spanning regenerative agriculture, blue carbon, environmental stewardship, and biodiversity. I led the development of the methodology review process, including authoring the Regen Registry Handbook and Guide to assist partners in understanding the process and creating a clear and transparent way to evaluate our Program. I co-developed the legal set of documents for partner/client engagement with our legal team. Through market-wide research, I developed the pricing models for the Registry. I contribute to wider standard-setting initiatives through participation in the Biodiversity Conservation Alliance and IPBES surveys, and consistently attend and participate in informational webinars to stay current on trends in the dynamic field of nature-based finance. Through this work, I am deeply familiar with what it takes to create and sustain a high-integrity nature-based solution as well as the costs and logistics of running the monitoring and verification processes for credit creation.
